1. Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies.
2. Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies to improve productivity
3. Facilitate root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation to address production issues.
4. Coordinate and participate in Kaizen events, improvement workshops, and employee engagement activities
