1. Min. S1 majoring Industrial Engineering or related field
2. Min. 3–5 years of working experience in the same position, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry
3. Familiar with new model transfer, engineeing trial, mass production launch, BOM, drawing, SOP/WI, ECN, and engineering document control
4. Understanding manufacturing process such as injection molding, assembly, printing, painting, or related industries
5. Able to read technical drawings and familiar with AutoCAD or related drawing software
6. Experience in packaging development and localization projects with local suppliers is preferred
7. Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and project management skills
8. Able to communicate in Bahasa and English and manager projects simultaneously
