Job Function
The Engineering supervisor manages and coordinates an engineering team to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. This role also provide technical guidance, manage resources, and collaborate with other teams.

Responsibility:
- Organize and supervise the smooth operation of the engineering department
- Coordinating production, engineering and warehouse assets
- Supervise all engineering teams
- Together with the production and warehouse departments, organize and supervise machine/equipment maintenance and repair times
- Implement and maintain GHMP, HACCP and ISO systems
- Oversee the safety, health and work discipline of the engineering team
- Create engineering machinery/equipment (PP) purchasing plans and engineering reports including master list updates
- Create maintenance schedules and conduct data evaluations and analysis
- Create reports on all incidents
- Assisting in the maintenance of machines used in daily operational activities in departments related to production, warehouse and engineering processes

Requirements:
- Min D3 majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Min 1 year of related experience, from food manufacturing industry is preferred
- Have knowledge of one of the utility: powerhouse (transformer, bank cap, lvmdp), boiler, water comp, wtp, cooling tower
- Familiar with production machines: fillers, packing, retorts, pasteurizers, fryers
- Have the ability to clarify technical specifications of machine - installation
- Have experience worked on canva sheet / auto cad
- Have experience assisting installation-test commissioning process
- Willing to be placed in Central Java
