Deskripsi

Responsibility:
- Working closely with product development teams to ensure the commercialization process of new products runs according to the standards (quality, food safety, and regulations) and targets set
- Ensure process specifications can be executed efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with manufacturing team in conducting process improvements in the production area to optimize processes (cycle time, yield, etc.) and improve product quality. This includes providing recommendations related to production equipment, production methods, and product formulations
Ensure that the trial implementation from submission, pre-trial review, trial execution, and post-trial review runs smoothly
Maintain complete documentation and trial records, as well as conducting data analysis of production trial results
Collaborate accross departments to ensure projects (new products/scale ups/new equipment) run smoothly according to standards and targets



Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree/S1 major in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering and other related fields
- Have experience min. 3 years as Process Developer/PDQC Engineer/Production Lead in Consumer Goods manufacturing
- Have in-depth knowledge of raw material characteristics, process technology and production machine characteristics
- Data analysis skills to evaluate and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and manufacturing
